General Information

The machine is steam heated up to 90º- 95ºC (~194º- 203ºF). All metal parts are made of stainless steel; All plastic parts are high temperature approved.
The machine is built of three main sub-systems, electrically powered and controlled:
Main water tank
Upper water distribution system
Conveyor system
Electricity and control system
The electrical system is located at the front side of the machine and is protected by a removable stainless steel plate. The control panel is located on a solid pipes frame.
One motor activates the pump and another one for the conveyor. The exhauster lines are powered by 2 motors located along the line. All motors are 3 phase 440V 60Hz.
A logger (Type 175-P2 Testo Logger) is installed. The logger collects and memorizes water temperatures at intervals programmed. Data is transported to PC by using connector supplied. Software is supplied for installing in PC. Follow setting up program manual.
