In 1994 we obtained from Gal-Esh a pasteurization system for frankfurters.

We started out as a small family business over 55 years ago. Since then we’ve expanded to become an integrated manufacturer of meat products, specializing in ham and bacon products for the processing industry and the retail and wholesale sectors. With more than 175 employees, 15,000 square metres of state-of-the-art production rooms and a capacity of over 350 tons of meat products per week, we are a major player in the international meat products industry.

Gal-Esh’s system utilizes a proven advanced pasteurization process, which contributes to a clean and safe product, with longer shelf life. It has been working steadily since 1994 and was easily integrated with plant production lines. The system has been proving its reliability for over 20 years now.
